Klinische Indikation

Verdacht auf autoimmune Enteropathie (protrahierte Diarrhoe):

• z.B. X-Chromosom-gekoppelte Autoimmun-Enteropathie
• autoimmune Enteropathie mit Tubulonephropathie
• IPEX-Syndrom (Immundysregulation, Polyendokrinopathie (Diabetes mellitus Typ 1), Enteropathie, x-gebundenes Syndrom, Ekzeme)
• APECED (Autoimmune Polyendokrinopathie, Candidiasis, Ektodermale Dysplasie)

Des Weiteren: Usher-Syndrom (Retinitis pigmentosa + Symptome der Gehörlosigkeit, hereditäre Taubblindheit)
