Klinische Indikation

Antikörper gegen SM besitzen eine hohe Spezifität für den systemischen Lupus erythematodes (SLE).

Beurteilung

Erhöhte Werte:

SLE (20 - 35%)
Sjögren - Syndrom (bis 40 %)

In der Diagnostik sind weitere Autoantikörper pathognomonisch für einen systemischen Lupus erythematodes:

Anti-ds-DNA-Autoantikörper
Anti-Nukleosomen-Autoantikörper
Anti-ribosomales-P-Protein-Autoantikörper
