1. Hinweis auf eine akute hepatische Porphyrin: > 300 µmol/d - klinische Manifestation 100 - 300 µmol/d - Remissionsphase bis 100 µmol/d - Latenzphase
2. Bleivergiftung >300 µmol/d akut 10 - 50 µmol/d chronisch
3. Alkoholabusus, chronisch hepatische Porphyrie, Arzneimittelnebenwirkung, Anämien, Hunger Gravidität: <10 µmol/d
